Alan Duval joins Service Team at Muscatell Automotive

I am please to announce that Mr. Allan Duval has accepted the Service Managers position at Muscatell Automotive Tire and Service Center. Al brings with him over 35 years experience in the Automotive industry and will be a valuable addition to our team.
Al’s responsibilities will included managing the day-to-day operations of the service department with customer and employee satisfaction being his number one priorities.
Al got his start in the business with Ward’s father, Tom Muscatell. Al was hired on at Muscatell Chevrolet in 1973 as a front-end alignment trainee. After 8 months Al was asked if he would consider becoming a service advisor. Al accepted the position even though he admits “being scared to death”.
Al and his wife, Kathy, have lived in rural Sabin, MN, since 1985. He is an active member of the Toppers Car Club in Fargo and the proud owner of a 1936 Ford. He also enjoys spending occasional weekends drag racing with his 1963 Buick Special.
