I want to thank Victor Bryans for the help he has given to me over the past years.  I know that where ever I travel to see my grandchildren, to TN, to NJ or just to Mpls, whenever I have had trouble with my car,  I have called him and he has advised me on these occasions.

There are two of these occasions that stand out.  About 2 years ago, I drove to Mpls to my son’s home.  The next morning one of my tires was quite low.  I went to Tires Plus and they told me that my brakes were critical and some bar at the front of the car needed to be fixed immediately.   I called Victor.  He reassured me and  told me to come in when I returned.  When I returned there was nothing wrong in the front of the car and the brakes were ok.  In fact, I replaced the front brakes just yesterday.

Another time I was coming home from TN in my Dodge van Roadtrek conversion and I was hearing a knocking sound under the car.  I called Victor.  He was sure it was the catalytic converter.  He told me what I could expect.  It blew out my exhaust and I made it home safely.  I had it repaired when I returned home.

There are other occasions probably of minor magnitude but of concerned to a woman traveling alone cross the country.

I had a habit of coming into Muscatell for an oil change each time I left home.   Some of these times I was not due for a change, but I felt safer bringing the van in and having it checked before leaving.  He told me that I could bring it in for a check with out the service and they would check it for me.

Thank you, to all of the people in your service department, for the excellent work and  for always listening to my concerns and never making me feel foolish or a bother. Thank you for allowing me to feel safe as I travel.

My wife and I would like to thank Dan and Vic for the service they provided for our car repairs.   I contacted Dan and in less than five minutes he had notified the service department that our car would arrive via a tow.   He also made sure we had alternate transportation by providing us a loan vehicle.  Vic made sure that we had transportion to Muscatell by sending a courtesy vehicle to pick us up at the point the car broke down. The efforts of Dan and Vic put our minds at ease.   I can truly say that we will not look elsewhere when it comes to our automotive needs.   Thanks for a job well done.

I have a 2010 Kia Soul and purchased new winter tires and wheels.  I had installed them and driven when I realized a wheel was loose.  I tightened as good as I could and stopped into Muscatell Kia where I purchased the vehicle. Al Duval got me in immediately and had a mechanic torque all the lugnuts. The shop was full, he still helped me out.  No Charge!

I also had popped off rocker panel trim, jack in wrong place so I went to Muscatell Collision Center and Larry took care of it, he put on a new clip! No Charge!  Thanks for providing service after the sale.  I live 55 miles from Moorhead,  I really appreciate what they both did for me!

We want to bring to your attention, our extreme satisfaction with the purchase of our
2007 Durango Ltd at Muscatell Kia on 4/06/09. This is the second vehicle we have
purchased from that facility within the past 18 months. The reason we came back?
Mike Aguilar, that’s why!

We purchased a 2006 KIA Sorrento in Nov of 2007 through Mike at that time. Yes at
that time, the service was just as exemplary as the recent Durango purchase experience
was this time. Mike is why we came back.

We would like to give kudos to Mike for many reasons, but we’ll list just a few of the
more outstanding specifics which will follow below. A couple of things I would like to
state first are; that buying a used vehicle can be stressful and that as a lifelong mechanic
myself, I do not like being pitched a line of feel good bull-puckey answers to questions I
do not ask. So, back to Mikes attributes!

As, I stated, I am a mechanic & tend to ask more detailed questions and expect specific
answers in return. Mike took every question or concern we had and answered them
professionally, honestly and in a manner that made you feel “your questions and
concerns really matter”. Not many sales folk can do that without the bull-puckey meter
being pegged. Mike has the ability to put you at ease, speaks freely in a comfortable
manner, and does not take offense when disagreed with. But the bottom line is, Mike is
professional, honest and we trust him. It’s that simple.

As stated earlier, we have bought two vehicles from the Muscatell group and will need
several more in the next 4-5 yrs (Daughters will need their first cars). As long as Mike
Aguilar is there, you can count us being loyal customers…

  • Why I Choose Muscatell

I wanted to write a quick note to explain why I choose Muscatell. It is not from one specific experience, but many. I would like to tell you of my recent experiences.

In December of 2008, my check engine light came on prompting a service repair check. From the time I drove to into the facility I was treated with respect, and not the inexperienced car person I am. The service attendants were fantastic. They explained to me what could be wrong but would be contacted for repairs prior to any work being done. The gentleman that drove me to work in the courtesy vehicle is a former mechanic and further explained possible causes of a check engine light. As promised, I received a call later that morning and given my repair options. The mechanic explained to me in common terms what concerns where with my vehicle. Though the repairs were significant, I was not pressured into the service work, but given options for a solution. I felt good about the repairs that being done because I understood what was happening with my car.

Three days later the same check engine light came on again. I called for an explanation for possible issues and was told that the reoccurring error could be a different issue and not necessarily related to the previous work. After a check of the engine, it was explained to me in detail the issue and why that issue on the previous repair. Once again I was given repair options and asked how I wanted to proceed. I approved the repair and came back later that day for pick up. Victor made sure I understood why the light came on again, especially after a significant repair bill previously that week. I like that he cared I understood what was happening, and not how was I going to pay for the bill.

The following week my daughter was scheduled to bring her car in for fender bender repairs. Dave at your Collision Center was great to work with for scheduling. The job was a two-day repair and because my daughter attends college out of town we had a small repair window time over holiday break. Dave had the parts ordered well in advance and ready to do the job as quickly as possible when the repair could be made. He stored the car indoors over the holiday break so upon pickup it was ready to drive. He even had the headlights chemically tested and cleaned because they had grown dark on the lense covers as a result of a poor manufacturing process for our model year. When I asked how much for the cleaning he said nothing. He wanted to make sure he could treat them properly.

Muscatell always delivers on what they promise. I have never been pressured into any repair made on my vehicles. I have always been educated as to what my repair issues are and given repair solutions.

I believe customers price check because they have had poor service at other dealers. They feel the only service is cheap service. Because I have always received great service from your company, I do not feel the need to price check. I know I am in good hands at your company.

I wish I knew all the names of the employees that have helped me with my experience. Please thank everyone for what they have done for me!

I just wanted to send you a letter to thank you for the wonderful service you and Todd Potulny showed us on Saturday. I know it is your job but the weather was awful and it was near closing time and you took the time to let us test drive a vehicle, ask questions and do all the paperwork to purchase our new Sportage. Instead of putting us off for Monday morning you helped us to leave the lot in our new vehicle.That morning I had to drive clear across town in bad weather and even though my Kia got me there safely I decided that today was the day I was going to seriously look at getting something bigger and 4wd to get through the North Dakota snow a bit easier. My husband had to check out other dealerships to see what was out there but I kept telling him we were wasting time. Our last two vehicles have been Kia and I knew I wanted another one. Eventually we worked our way to Moorhead and I saw the smokey brown Sportage and that was the one I wanted.While we were working with you and Todd our girls enjoyed your big t.v., the coloring area and of course the little mini kitchen. The whole experience was relaxed and comfortable.

When I’ve purchased vehicles in the past, I’ve dreaded the whole process as it dragged out over days, driving all about the metro area, trying to find the right one for the right price. This time, wow! You helped me make a decision I felt very comfortable with, in just a few hours’ time…and with only one stop! I felt very comfortable with you, and very confident in my final decision.
I appreciate your professional demeanor AND your fun sense of humor as you answered my multitude of questions, showed me numerous vehicles, discussed all available options, and helped me to work through all of those details to finalize my decision. But I especially appreciate all the special efforts you and your management personnel at KIA Muscatel’ made when we realized you didn’t have a KIA Sportage on site that had all of my specifications. You and your staff did a search, found one, and made the necessary arrangements to expedite its delivery to Moorhead so I could have it in record time. That meant a great deal to me.
But, you didn’t stop there…you personally came to my home on several occasions to finalize little details such as getting my HomeLink to work, supplying extra fluids for under the hood, delivering and putting my license plates on, and even taking my vehicle to get the Auto Start installed…and for adding that in at “no charge.” I have to say that I’ve never been treated so well, and I appreciate all of your efforts and your attention to detail. I’ve been very happy with my decision to do business with you and your company!
I will be sure to refer friends and family to your business, and to request to deal with you. I know that they’ll be in good hands! Thank you again, Kelsey, for such an enjoyable experience. We have purchased over 15 vehicles from Ward and his staff and have found that they always stand behind their vehicles whether they are new or used. My children are coming to their driving age and Ward has told us when the time comes to purchase a vehicle for them, he will find us a good deal. Second generations will be coming to the Muscatell dealerships. Don Hilfer in the finance department has worked with us personally for over 10 years and we wouldn’t dream of having anyone else help us with our auto financing. He makes the experience fun!

  • Love our Sedona

We needed a new vehicle to replace our Audi with enough head and legroom for Jim who is 6′3″ and disabled. We heard about the KIA Sedona’s safety rating and great warranty and decided to check one out. It drove and handled great but we wanted to make sure it was the van for us so we went and checked out the competition before making a buying decision. We looked at the Honda Odyssey, the Toyota Sienna and the Dodge Grand Caravan. After sizing up the competition, the Sedona was the obvious choice for uVanderVoort_James_Rhodas. We were also impressed with our salesperson. He knew about the product and was very friendly and low pressure. You owe it to yourself to check out the Ward Muscatell KIA Supercenter.

Just wanted to drop you a line a let you know how pleased we were with our experience. It is so often that we are told when we do a bad job or something goes wrong and almost never when we do well. So, I think it is important to tell you that our experience was really positive. When the problems (which were really beyond your control for the most part) arose, we felt that you did your best to correct them and really went above and beyond with great service. In the end, I think that was the key. Yes, we were pretty sure we wanted to get a KIA, but the service (both in sales and previous experiences with the service dept.) was really the clincher. We’ve always been treated with the utmost respect and in a caring manner (which is something that is missing from many other dealerships in the area). Once again, thanks so much for the work you, Jerry G, and your whole team do. We love our new KIA and are sure that we will be doing all of our auto business with Muscatell for years to come. We needed a rental car last summer and they gave us a Kia. We were really impressed by it. It was fun to drive and it handled great. When we were in the market for a new car, we went to see the staff at Ward Muscatell Kia. We’ve been buying Dodges from Ward for the last twelve years. We test drovStenerson_Rick_Wandae a Kia Amanti. It was loaded, it had air bags everywhere and a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. We compared it to Dodge, Honda and Toyota. They couldn’t touch the warranty and many of the features that we wanted were standard on the Kia and options on the others. You get so much more car for the money with Kia. We would recommend a Kia to anyone.

  • By now we have had 5 Kia vehicles….

By now we have had 5 Kia vehicles and really appreciate the “bang for the buck”. Besides the 100,000 mile warranty, we like the 4-wheel drive, electronic stability control, and the fact we have plenty of power for our longer trips through the mountains. Currently, Kathy drives a Sportage and I drive a Sorento which we both love. We like sitting up a little higher in traffic and our gear fits comfortably in either vehicle. We’ve had excellent service and would recommend a KIA as a great buy!

I want to express how impressed I was with your service staff when I was in for a service visit the end of June. It’s not often I’ve taken a minute from a busy schedule to drop a line commenting on something like this, but everyone was so fabulous I’m compelled to do so.From Victor, to the courtesy car driver and everyone in between, your staff is genuinely courteous, professional, prompt, accurate, sincere and helpful. To name a few examples, a tech paused and held the door for me as I was going into the lobby to wait for ride from the courtesy driver, as I was leaving another tech was getting into a vehicle near mine and nodded a polite smile & friendly greeting — little things, but so often overlooked. Victor was extremely helpful and polite, and the courtesy driver was just that — courteous and personable — a perfect fit for his position. Just a note to emphasize your service staff is a great representation for your company.
